About Kuilima & Turtle Bay Real Estate
Resort living on Oahu did not start with Ko Olina. It was Turtle Bay that pioneered this style of residential real estate long before. First opened in the 1970's, residents could now live not just near a resort, and all its amenities, but on the grounds itself.

Kuilima Estates
The first results of this were the Kuilima Estates. The two sections, East & West, are easily located by what side of Kuilima Road each sits on. West was completed first, in 1973, with East following two years later in 1975.

The communities have their own private amenities, including 5 swimming pools, two tennis courts and outdoor pavilions for parties and barbecues. You can also walk to the beach easily from home, one of the prime reasons for living on the North Shore. Lounging on the sand or big wave watching, it's mere minutes away.

Ocean Villas
The Ocean Villa condos weren't added until 2005, further down Kuilima Road and even closer to Turtle Bay. They sit on the west side of that central road, immediately past the northern limits of the golf course. Unlike Kuilima, Ocean Villa residents have privileges at the fitness center, pool and spa amenities of the resort.

These homes come in various layouts, but only 5 Studio units and 3 with 1BR/1BA, all 8 of these taking up 673 sq ft. The majority are 3BR/2BA (1,545 sq ft) and 4BR/3BA (2,505 sq ft), making very nice dimensions that mark them as luxury condos.

What truly sets them apart is this – every residence has an ocean view from its lanai, making each condo extremely desirable property.

All three communities place you right on the grounds of one of the most famous resorts in Hawaii. Life within the grounds takes on a different pace, a new mood that embraces you from the time you rise until the moment you drift off into sleep to the sounds of the surf.
