The Sands of Kahana are an oceanfront community, two of its buildings only about 12 yards from the Pacific.
The one to three bedroom condos have interiors ranging from 770 to 2,290 Sq Ft with one to three lanais exterior. Overall there are forty of the one bedroom layouts, one hundred and six of the two bedroom and fifty of the three bedroom. There are a few of the two and three bedroom floor plans that have an additional loft that holds a bedroom, bathroom and a lanai.
Each building has a basement garage with thirty-six stalls in it, so while most units have one assigned, covered parking space, about ¼ of them will have one that is uncovered. Building #2’s basement includes a boat storage area, available to all residents on a space available basis. On each floor in every building there is a storage room with one reserved storage locker for each unit on that level.
Ceiling fans are throughout the interiors, with some also having split a/c systems that have been added by the owner. Washer/Dryer is inside every condo. Every building in the complex has an elevator in it to serve the upper floor residents.

Amenities & Things To Do Part of Kahana Beach is actually right in front of your community, though it can be reduced under the high tides.
Still, even when that is the case, there is a large sandy ‘beach’ on the property right off the real thing to lounge on and the ocean bed is sandy for at least a little ways out so swimming and wading in can be done right there.
There’s even more that will keep you from going outside the complex for recreation, including:
