More About Allure Waikiki The moment they first announced Allure Waikiki condos for sale, the buzz was deafening. This was the first large condo project on Kalakaua Ave for years and it was a big one. 35 floors in Waikiki means the views go on forever, from the bright lights of this world-famous playground to the green Koolau mountains and, for some units, the hypnotic ocean embarking from golden beaches. The developer defaulted finally, with the remaining units taking a few years to finally sell out. The Allure Waikiki was a victim of many of the same factors that brought down development nationwide during this time. Despite that, it was clear that this residence had something that set it apart. Unlike most other condos in Waikiki there are actual grounds. The footprint of this building has been cultivated to include more than just a towering structure and concrete. You’re given a slice of Old Hawaii, for residents only, in the beautiful gardens that raise the standards for refinement that few can match.
