More About Allure Waikiki
The moment they first announced Allure Waikiki condos for sale, the buzz was deafening. This was the first large condo project on Kalakaua Ave for years and it was a big one. 35 floors in Waikiki means the views go on forever, from the bright lights of this world-famous playground to the green Koolau mountains and, for some units, the hypnotic ocean embarking from golden beaches. This was to be a special place.

Things did not go smoothly, though. The sales opened just at the economic downturn of 2009, which was still battering real estate after completion in 2010. Sales were so slow that the building was actually foreclosed on. In addition, the lower priced units that did sell took advantage of purchasing a second parking stall, often leaving the more expensive condos without an expected additional stall for themselves, hurting the appeal even more.

The developer defaulted finally, with the remaining units taking a few years to finally sell out. The Allure Waikiki was a victim of many of the same factors that brought down development nationwide during this time. Despite that, it was clear that this residence had something that set it apart. Unlike most other condos in Waikiki there are actual grounds. The footprint of this building has been cultivated to include more than just a towering structure and concrete. You’re given a slice of Old Hawaii, for residents only, in the beautiful gardens that raise the standards for refinement that few can match.

The condos themselves uphold the same high standards with gourmet kitchens and  floor to ceiling glass windows that make the view part of every minute of life. The lanais are large so you can fully enjoy the breezes and natural wonders surrounding you. The bathtubs are larger as well, allowing you to truly indulge yourself after a long, stressful day.

When you’re ready to get active, it’s a simple elevator ride to the 6th floor where the infinity pool, jacuzzi and state-of-the-art fitness center await you. The pool is something out of a movie, with its picturesque palm trees that ring the sides. On the same level you’ll find recreation - and relaxation - spaces where you can entertain friends in sumptuous lounge chairs around a blazing fire pit. A perfect place to build memories on a Hawaii evening.
