Good to Know About Moana Pacific Moana Pacific consists of 2 towers - east & west - and the amenities deck shared among the towers is the largest in Honolulu.
The towers are very popular because of the condos relatively reasonable price tag - compared with nearby newer condos - great location and, in many cases, nice ocean views.
Buyers looking for a condo with ocean views, close proximity to Ala Moana and a price tag below $1M, the condos at Moana Pacific may be worthwhile exploring. “03” - “08” stacks face the ocean, whereas “01”, “02” and “09” are mountain facing units.
Moana Pacific Floor Plans Residents occupy floors 6 through 48 and the floor plans are identical for the East & West Tower.
Moana Pacific Condos Floors 8 - 12 & 15 - 45 Moana Pacific does not have a 13th or 14th floor.
