About Palms at Waikiki
This is a popular boutique condotel on the Ala Moana end of Waikiki. An extensive remodel in 2005 completely modernized the units and gave the Palms at Waikiki a contemporary look and feel. The lobby and rental rooms are managed by Aqua Hotels and residents enjoy resort living and amenities. Primarily featuring studios with some 1 BR units, and located just a short walk from the beach at Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon, these condos make an excellent investment or vacation property – or use it as both!

Residents and hotel guests can soak up the sun at the pool or on the sun deck, work off some energy in the exercise room, or enjoy a meal at the restaurant on property. There is also a concierge, community laundry facilities, and shuttle stop right in front of the building for your convenience.

These condos are on the smaller side, ideal for vacation stays. Studios are in the 250-370 sq ft range, while the 1 BR units measure between 550 and 750 sq ft. All units feature A/C and a lanai, with a mix of ocean, Fort DeRussy Beach Park, Diamond Head and city views. Condos on the Diamond Head side of the building are slightly larger than those on the mountain side, and feature larger, usable lanais as well. Only the 1 BR units include a full kitchen.

Palms at Waikiki condos are all Fee Simple and well-maintained. Units that are part of the hotel rental pool are often sold with all furniture, and are ready to be rented immediately.
