Some offer a private, enclosed parking garage with each unit, while others come with parking stalls that may be covered or uncovered. In Mililani Mauka, townhouses include at least one assigned parking stall, many come with additional spaces in the open parking lots, and the complexes also offer guest parking, All of this is a welcome improvement from the situation in Waikiki and Honolulu, where parking is rare and usually comes at a premium price.
Mililani Mauka is a great place for first time buyers and for anyone looking for a modern community on Oahu. Well-thought-out urban planning placed neighborhoods, shopping centers and schools in close proximity to one another and in an organized, suburban setting. The townhouses offer some variety in size and level of design elements, but the vast majority are moderately-size and reasonably-priced.
