The tower residences (floors 31 and below) offer generous layouts – one bedrooms start at 1,100 Sq Ft, the two bedrooms at 1,468 Sq Ft and the three bedrooms give you no less than an interior of 1,991 Sq Ft.
Move up into the penthouse levels (32nd floor and above), and everything gets even granderâlarger interiors, unmatched views, and yes, even private pools with sweeping outlooks from them on select homes.

Victoria Place would be a sought after residence just from its site on Ala Moana Blvd, granting it forever unobstructed views to the ocean.
Thereâs a lot more here to love, though, starting with the fact that the developers took privacy and thoughtful design seriously.
One prominent highlight of this thinking is the 5th floor recreation deck, which spans over an acre but is split into two distinct areas:
On the Sunrise (Diamond Head) side you are offered the health & fitness choices, such as the lap pool, fitness center, and spa with saunas, cold plunges, and treatment rooms.

Hokua sits on the most envied part of Kakaako, right on Ala Moana Blvd with its view of the coastline that will always be unobstructed.
While the lanais are small, your home has 9-foot floor-to-ceiling windows so the view is always with you and they slide open at the lanai to bring the Island surroundings inside even more.
The floor plans of these two to four bedroom condos also deserve spotlighting for their larger interior spaces at every level, from a minimum of 1,435 Sq Ft to more than 4,000 Sq Ft.
Bathrooms are wet-room designs that create a spa-like feel with open, expansive spaces for both the showers and your free-standing bathtub.

Anaha is another building that has the âwowâ factor in its design, appearing to have some of its floors rotated out of line from those above and below.
Inside, the residences maintain high standards with 9â ceilings (10â in penthouses), walk-in closets, freestanding bathtubs that are made to lay back in after a long day and, in most residences, your own wine refrigerator.
For those who are looking for something a little different, in the buildingâs podium section two-story townhomes take up the 2nd & 3rd floors, while studio to two bedroom flats take up the 4th to 6th floors.
Another difference in the podium layouts is that they have lanais of about 94 Sq Ft, whereas most units in the tower section above do not have a lanai on them until the penthouses.
Separate elevator banks serve the podium and tower residences so waiting times and traffic levels are alleviated for both areas.
Interiors across the entire building span from 430 Sq Ft to 2,906 Sq Ft in these studio to four bedroom condos.

Koula is actually set back from Ala Moana Blvdâs âfront rowâ, which famously enjoys unobstructed ocean views. But that’s not a problem.
Most of Koulaâs âsecond rowâ position actually lines up with the Victoria Ward Park Makai and the pedestrian bridge over Ala Moana Blvd, securing an open window for much of the west side of the building. This opening extends through the âfront rowâ, eliminating any possible obstruction on that land for some time to come, if not perpetually.
Next door to the west is another open, public space, the Victoria Ward Park Mauka, a large grass covered park that is a community hub, hosting events and cultural performances.

Not a lot of specifics are known yet, but this will be one of the most elite properties in Honolulu. Plans are for two structures. The smaller Park Villas will be all residential with an exclusive rooftop amenity deck that will not be accessible for renters, only owners.
The Tower Villas will have most of its residences on the 7th to 15th floor, with Penthouse units on the 16th. The 17th floor & above will be a luxury hotel. Both residents and hotel guests will have use of the 7th floor amenity deck.
