Kaliu is a planned new luxury project, to be located right here
, on the prestigious ‘front row’ - Ala Moana Blvd - in Our Kakaako
, which is immediately east of the popular Salt Shopping Plaza
330 market rate units - no reserved / affordable housing - on 2.42 acre lot in a 400 ft tall tower, which is the typical height for newer condos in Kakaako.

- a Honolulu based real investment / development firm, established in 2016. Also the developer of Azure Ala Moana
Architect: Design Partners Inc
About 40,000 sq ft of ground level, expected to be a mix of grocery, dining and retail options.
A 29 acre, 9 block, master planned community on land owned by Kamehameha Schools
being redeveloped with a mix of low- and high-rise structures, various shopping options and open spaces for gathering among other things. Kamehameha Schools is teaming up with different developers for the different projects.
To date, a number of projects have been completed as part of what is considered Phase 1, including condo projects:

: Block A. Mid-range / high-end. Completed: 2017.
: Block B. Mid-range. Completed: 2016.
Phase 2 will include 5 additional condo projects, which, besides Kaliu, include:
