Tahitienne has community laundry on the 1st floor. However, since year 2017 the Board may consider approving dishwashers that use 5 gallons of water or less per load, washing machines that use 15 gallons or less per load and dryers that have an energy factor of 4 or less, ideally a 110 V model (if a 220 V model is selected there must be an A/B switch on the electrical line so that either air conditioning or the dryer can be used, but not both at the same time). Make sure to verify this.

Community laundry is located at ground level for residents’ convenience, and the entrance and elevator require a passkey, ensuring your security and peace of mind.

It’s hard to ask for more at the Tahitienne. The beachfront location, direct access to Kapiolani Park, and walking distance to Waikiki make this well-maintained and well-respected building an easy place to call home.
